Thousands of participants took over the closed roads of Wembley today for the return of the ASICS LDNX 10K, delivering an electric morning of running finishing under the iconic Wembley Stadium arch.
Over 8,500 people had signed up for the challenge, a 30% increase on 2025, all starting and finishing in the shadow of the legendary Wembley Stadium. The course saw significant changes, focusing on removing unnecessary turns and taking participants on a journey through the closed roads of Brent up to Fryent Country Park.

As the home of big headliners, entertainment was also high on the agenda, with ten sectors scattered throughout the course. These included the Cheerleaders Zone, Champions Way and a ‘Lap of Honour’ around the world-famous stadium.
The celebrations continued at the finish on Olympic Way, where participants received a bespoke medal inspired by one of Wembley has ever seen, England’s 1966 World Cup Final victory. Incorporating the sounds of that historic day into its design, the medal marks the 60th anniversary of England’s famous win.

LDNX 10K will make it a hat-trick itself when it returns for its third edition on Sunday 7 November 2027, with entries available from midday tomorrow (Monday 12 October 2026).
Places are released in limited allocations, with lowest priced launch entries available on a first come, first served basis. There’s also additional savings for those who sign up in a pair.
